In this virtual 7 week series we meet for an in depth study of the Chakra System. Each 90 minute session we explore a different chakra from the Roots to the Crown. The session includes: yoga practice, movement,mantra, mudra( yoga hand gesture), creative visualization , chakra clearing techniques, journal and discussion. Optional Chakra Clearing Illumination Session available at discount .
